Perms Recruitment Consultant
to join the successful team at our Dartford Branch.
This position will suit an individual who has previous experience working for a recruitment agency and enjoys the buzz, challenge, and rewards recruitment brings, or someone with a successful track record in B2B sales looking for an opportunity to start a career in recruitment. We are looking for a determined, committed, and adaptable individual who has exceptional communication skills, a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and above all, a good sense of humour.
You must be comfortable working in a sales activity & financially targeted environment and be motivated to achieve/exceed goals. You will also need to be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and cope with an ever-changing working environment as no two days are the same in recruitment!
It is essential that you drive and have your own transport as there will be a requirement to visit client sites for business development opportunities and service meetings; we will pay for business mileage.
This is a full-time permanent role, and the hours are 8 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Additionally, we operate an 'out of hours service' so you will be required to cover an on-call phone on a rotating basis.
