Key Responsibilities for the position include: We are currently looking for a new experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team, a recruiter who has a proven track record in running a Recruitment Division and building a service team around it for a well-established existing Division.
You would work alongside our Divisional Director, and deliver what we know is a very different approach to recruitment.
So here is a little bit about the background and experience we are looking for; •
You have been or are in a senior Recruitment position. •
You have been fully responsible for the profit of a recruitment business unit/division. •
You have built successful teams within the full Recruitment process. •
You are responsible for setting yearly forecasts and budgets for this division/s. •
You are responsible for the Business Development and Sales Pipeline. •
You would have been instrumental in delivering the training and mentoring for the team. •
You would have been instrumental in securing Preferred Supplier status and Service Level Agreements.
