As a Driving Temps Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our 360 recruitment process. You will manage a warm desk, creating opportunities and recruiting skilled drivers to meet our client's needs. This is an exciting chance to make a significant impact while achieving your own career goals. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Identify and create opportunities within the driving sector. Recruit and place drivers, ensuring a perfect match for each position. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. Participate in strategic planning to drive business growth and profitability. What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly organised with a keen attention to detail. A fun, energetic personality who thrives in a dynamic environment. A confident self-starter with a results-oriented mindset. A desire to be the best in the field and achieve top performance. Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus but not essential.
