About you
We are keen to have conversations with anyone that's worked within the public sector space. If you have knowledge of working within NHS/Government frameworks, that would be ideal.
This will be a 360 recruiters role, so you'll need to demonstrate you have solid experience within full cycle recruitment, including the sales and winning new business side.
It is important to highlight that this is an operation of a very established service and people multi-national agency business who are truly collaborative.
Base salary from £30,000 - £40,000 (negotiable dependent on calibre, approach, and experience level), plus a wealth of benefits, WFH Hybrid, strong commission, ongoing mentorship, and a positive, diverse, and inclusive culture.
