Niche supplier of commercial personnel to the construction & engineering sectors is seeking an experienced white-collar consultant to join their team. A warm desk opportunity, you will have access to a client base of developers and contractors undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes and commercial construction projects across the country.
This opening would suit a self-managing consultant with a “this is my business” mentality that is seeking the autonomy to make their own business decisions in a mature working environment without restrictive KPIs.
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 + Generous Commission Structure with additional perks for hitting targets + Team building and social events + Benefits.
Excellent commission structure based on yearly billings:
0 – 100k @ 20%
100k to 150k @ 25%
150k + @ 30%
£250,000 generated billings will achieve earnings of £92,500 per annum (including salary).
Established 2015 – 3 million per annum turnover.
