Must have 1+ years experience in Tech Recruitment, ideally in the Nordics.
Confident, personable, and adaptable, with a knack for selling ideas.
Organised, able to handle deadlines and multitask with ease.

What You’ll Do
Recruit Tech Talent:
Identify top candidates in the Nordics and connect them with our clients. Candidate Support:
Assist with interviews, provide feedback, handle salary negotiations, and offer career guidance. Process Management:
Oversee multiple recruitment projects, offering flexible and effective solutions. Content Creation:
Write job ads and LinkedIn posts to attract top talent. We’re a close team delivering exceptional results for major clients. Your contributions will have a real impact, and the more you invest in your work, the greater your rewards—both in career growth and earnings. Job Type:
