Join our successful and growing business as a Recruitment Consultant in our Reading office. Base salary £25,000, plus industry leading commission structure. IC Resources offers a vibrant and supportive work environment where we trust and encourage all our consultants to be autonomous. You will work in a fabulous culture, on a warm desk but without suffocating KPI’s and stuffy micromanagement. We are expanding our Contracts team and seek an ambitious individual to work with us. We already have relationships in place so this is a warm market with exceptional potential. Full training and support will be given - we work as a team and have a structured induction plan for all new starters. The core working hours from Monday to Thursday would be 9am-6pm. There would be a shorter working day and an earlier finish on a Friday. This is not an HR role or a Talent Acquisition role - Recruitment Consultants need to have a different skillset - Think of it as a more interesting and challenging sales role. What do you need to be successful?

A proven strong work ethic - It's a hard job. An ambitious, hardworking and self-driven individual who does not give up - It's tough, you will make mistakes - We will support you through this. A professional individual who takes pride in their work and in their reputation. A leader, who acts as a role model to others and is a good team player. A charismatic influencer who gets on well with people. This role would ideally suit an individual who has already worked in sales (or a customer facing role) and is looking to make the move into Recruitment, rather than someone seeking their first job. What can you expect in return?

Base salary £25,000 plus industry leading commission structure (average 1st year earnings around £45,000 - 2nd year earnings onwards are much higher). A fantastic career path with flexible career options and ownership prospects. Supportive and reliable management. Ongoing training and supported career development – We have a learning and development manager who is available 5 days a week to help all our consultants to become as successful as possible. Inspiring working environment and modern office. Every member of staff is supported by a training manager, robust induction programme, and ongoing development to excel in their role. Our staff turnover rate for newcomers to Recruitment is very low – get in touch to find out why. To apply please send your CV to
