THE ROLE: If you are looking to take your next step in recruitment, this could be a smart career move for you. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our extremely successful rec2rec division. Our friendly and proactive consultants will be with you every step of the way, as they know first-hand what it takes, providing you with the advice and support you need to excel in the recruitment world. You will be managing and developing Candidates and Client pipelines. You will be required to deal with applications for a number of different roles and be expected to attract talented candidates to your clients. Whilst working with an existing Client database, you will also be expected to develop and attract new business. You will be responsible for: Managing Candidates from enquiry to placement Building/maintaining relationships with Clients with face-to-face meetings Reporting to your Line Manager on weekly productivity/KPI's Fulfil Clients' needs and expectations Adapt to market changes/influences THE CANDIDATE: Will have at least 1 year of previous recruitment background Will understand the recruitment industry Will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Will be an excellent communicator at all levels BENEFITS: Uncapped Commission Early finish Fridays (4.30pm) Birthdays off Quarterly nights out (if quarterly targets met) Targets for pay rises End of year trip away (when yearly targets met) If you are interested in this role and have the above skills/experience, please apply below and a member of our team will be in touch.
