The Role: We're on the lookout for an
Experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant
to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong network in the construction industry, and is passionate about making meaningful connections. This is a hybrid working role.
Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates within the construction industry. Sourcing and placing skilled tradespeople, site managers, and other construction professionals into roles across the sector. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and placement. Developing new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and pitching Trade Cover Recruitment's services. Providing outstanding customer service and acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the construction sector. Strong understanding of construction roles, trades, and industry dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A self-motivated, target-driven individual who thrives under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Proficiency in recruitment tools, CRM systems, and sourcing platforms. What We Offer:
