Recruitment Consultant

to join our successful and driven team based in Rochdale. Recruitment Consultant: Be responsible for building a 360-recruitment desk Sourcing candidates via our online platforms to add to our database and promote through live vacancies Interviewing potential candidates and assessing their skills and suitability Supporting candidates through interview process with our customers including interview briefing, feedback and offer management Account Management: Providing an excellent service, creating, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients Managing your own CRM profile with candidates and clients Completing training and development tasks through industry leading training packages Business Development: Following up on leads and marketing campaigns to identify new customers Customer visits to show customers to explain how we can add value to their recruitment process The Successful Recruitment Consultant: At least three years’ previous experience in a recruitment role Professional and confident telephone manner Sociable and strong communicators; confident in conversing with all levels of candidates and clients, and forming strong, lasting, and trusting relationships Positive and enthusiastic with a desire to learn and develop Self-Motivated Taking pride in your work Working as a team Resilient and fun personality If you are looking to take the next step in your recruitment career and would like to be considered for the role please send your CV to [emailprotected].
