HG Group is looking for an experienced Nursing Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-growing Healthcare Recruitment Business. HG Group is currently working towards becoming a market leader within the Healthcare Sector. Our office is located close to Romford Station. NHS knowledge Collaborative team player PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES At HG Group, Recruitment Consultants will work within a team, focusing on specific sectors in the healthcare field. You will work closely with candidates and clients, building long-lasting, professional relationships, delivering fast results to NHS and Private healthcare clients. This means carrying out day-to-day tasks such as: Headhunting for healthcare professionals on social media and other job boards to match the right person to the client’s vacancy. Liaising with candidates and clients for availability for shifts, block bookings, and shift rates. Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients to establish your reputation as a trusted, friendly, and proactive recruiter who consistently delivers on their promises. Collaborate and grow with your team, delivering results through hard work and initiative to recommend the best staff to fulfil patient care needs and make a difference to positively support the NHS and Private Healthcare sector. Using sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture, and environment. Advertising vacancies and utilising job boards (Reed, CV-Library, and Indeed) as well as social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Receiving and reviewing applications and creating a suitable portfolio of candidates for clients. Conducting interviews to check the suitability of applicants before submitting their CV to the client. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, pay rates, and benefits of the job in question. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates. Working towards and exceeding sales targets. Booking candidate shifts and uploading timesheets daily. Working with the Compliance Team to ensure candidates are compliant to work.
