Identify and develop new business opportunities (over the telephone and face to face) Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions Resource, screen, and place candidates Provide insights and advice to clients and candidates Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates Ensure a high level of service to meet client expectations and candidate satisfaction Utilise various recruitment channels including job boards and social media Work towards monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets Update all internal systems About you:
Proven experience in recruitment and sales Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business Excellent communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving results We are offering:
