My client is a specialist recruiter within the Professional Services Sector. They have a number of permanent and contract vacancies for various divisions within the company due to growth and expansion. They are a very established and well-regarded business entity. Duties and Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:

Looking for someone who has personal drive, enthusiasm towards work, personable, and a hunger to do the best they can with clients, candidates, and colleagues. Comfortable with new business calls (cold calls), call backs, account management, up selling your and our differing divisions, organising terms over the phone and via email. All calls will need to be registered and noted/documented on our in-house CRM system. Speaking to clients who have job requirements they would like us to assist with, spending time taking a full and detailed job description, obtaining full information from requirements, team fit, salary, and more. Be confident and proactive when booking interviews and/or obtaining feedback from interviews held. Write, place, and update adverts in line with company format and procedures. Research, identify, and attract candidates using all appropriate methods, creating a short list. Monitor responses/applications received and ensure that the candidate’s applications are followed through accurately and efficiently. Qualify, shortlist, and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies. Initiate, manage, and develop candidate and client relationships. Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation. Qualifications and Requirements for the Recruitment Consultant:
