We are looking for determined individuals who strive to achieve targets in an extremely fast-paced environment and love delivering a second-to-none service to our customers and candidates alike. Ideally, you have worked in recruitment before, but a sales or account management background seeking a career change is just as good.
The role will involve:
Managing the Recruitment Process Building a portfolio of clients Business Development - both face-to-face and on the phone Creating job adverts Creating marketing material Pre-employment screening Creating Temporary AND Permanent placement opportunities
