Pay Range Up to £33,000 per annum plus uncapped bonus Job Description Reed seeks an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to manage a commercial desk in High Wycombe, covering HP postcodes with a mix of home and office work in Slough. Join the largest family-owned recruitment business globally, known for its high trust, high-performance culture. This hybrid role involves working from home, the Slough office, and visiting clients in and around High Wycombe. Ideal for an experienced recruiter ready to revive a warm commercial desk with great potential. Your role will involve: Energetic business development , making proactive calls to prospective clients as well as attending networking events to foster long-term working partnerships. Client meetings , travelling to visit clients on site across the High Wycombe and Aylesbury area to understand their unique requirements and offer bespoke recruitment solutions. Candidate sourcing , leveraging advertising, networking, and referrals to find the perfect match. Relationship building , ensuring candidates and clients receive top-notch service and support during the entire recruitment journey. Goal-oriented performance , meeting targets, adhering to KPIs, and keeping track of your achievements. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:

At least 3 years in 360 agency recruitment or a B2B sales/Business Development role. Driving licence with access to own vehicle:

Visiting clients across the HP postcode area on a weekly basis. Resilience:
