Fuelled by growth and success, we are seeking an experienced 360 Search Consultant to join our
Space & Satellite
team. We focus on mid-senior level hires such as the Chief Robotics Officers and their teams that are building robots to go to space (we know - we get to speak to some pretty cool people)! Alongside our HQ in Brighton and US HQ in New York, we have set up a shiny new office just outside of London in St Albans. We are looking to build a strong collaborative team culture with a hybrid 3 days a week role. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within technology. No Space & Satellite industry experience needed - we will get you up to speed on that! Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across a variety of different roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. What We Offer: Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. Hybrid working model – 3 days in our St Albans office. Supportive team environment and regular social events.
