You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in some of the most profitable recruitment sectors in the world. You can also expect to: Assess job specs and create adverts Proactively source specialist candidates Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video Manage interview and offer processes Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share Manage relationships with new and existing businesses Pitch for retained business Mentor Associate Consultants where required About You To be successful for the role of Recruitment Consultant you'll be a highly driven and ambitious individual. You'll have experience building relationships and working to targets in a sales or recruitment environment.
