Source, screen, and interview candidates to match with client requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates Manage a high volume of roles and vacancies across various industries Provide expert recruitment advice to clients and candidates Negotiate salaries, terms, and conditions on behalf of candidates and clients Achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in recruitment or sales is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven with a proactive approach to business development Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively A team player with a passion for delivering results Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates A positive attitude and a desire to progress within the recruitment industry What We Offer:
