We are well established and focus on Sales, Technical and Service roles for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning sector where the big current themes are energy saving and renewables.

We pay a basic of £35,000 for an experienced recruiter with a generous commission scheme that will give you an OTE of around £60,000 for the average recruiter billings of £150k or 40% of your personal billings. There is also Private Healthcare, a contributory pension scheme, 25 days + bank holidays and your birthday off. Warm desk:
We have a warm desk with many market-leading clients, so there will be some account management from day one to enable you to establish yourself in the sector. Home working:
If you need to work from home up to 2 days a week - no problem, our phone and PC systems work just as well at home. Team working:
Recruiters work together to share jobs and candidates. They often work in different sections of the same company as we cover sales, technical and service jobs. Career Path Opportunities:
