Recruitment Consultant - Temporary Division Location: Soham, Cambridgeshire Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Flexible start and finish times) Hourly Rate / Salary: Depending on level of experience + commission Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, birthday day off, Summer & Christmas events, training & development, wellbeing subsidiary, flexible working, sales incentives & bonus. Duration: Permanent Joining our team of 12 at Head Office, this role focuses on temporary recruitment, placing workers into assignments that could lead to permanent work across Suffolk. You will be supporting our Senior Consultant to find staff for existing clients alongside building relationships with new companies who may wish to work with us in the future. This is a 360-recruitment role that involves business development and is therefore suited to people who enjoy a fast-paced sales environment that is targeted. You must be self-motivated and have a drive that will see you succeed. Having previous recruitment experience is not essential, but ideally you will have worked within a previous customer service or sales role and be able to demonstrate times when you have performed under pressure. Duties and Responsibilities:

Build relationships with new and existing clients Establish new clients and negotiate terms of business Generating leads to turn into new business Registering candidates to create talent pools Qualifying candidates and matching them to client specifications Processing candidate applications Arranging interviews and inductions Managing the recruitment process from start to finish Providing feedback to both candidates and clients Managing a high volume of calls and emails Taking home the work mobile to manage any early starting temporary workers Managing the full process of temporary recruitment Learning of the compliance and employment legislation tasks and carrying out accordingly Using the database system on a daily basis Attending networking events Understanding and learning the recruitment market What we are looking for:
