Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide effective solutions. Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance. What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in recruitment, or relevant experience in a sales-driven role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Access to own transport, business expenses inc mileage paid. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks. Knowledge or interest in the logistics industry is a definite plus. In Return, We Offer:

Competitive salary £26000-£32000 (depending on experience). Commission structure, ote £36500+ first year. Company car after service. Company share options (after service).
