We are an established, UK wide specialist Sales, Marketing and Executive Search Headhunting / Recruitment Consultancy. Having recently relocated and fully refurbished an old bank just outside of Sevenoaks. (Directly opposite a mainline train station and easily accessible from SE London and Kent). We’re seeking 2 Recruitment Consultants to grow key markets across the country, support with candidate acquisition working with several existing Global clients and develop new customers and industry sectors. Working with industry leading Recruitment and Resourcing Consultants, Executives and Managers, you will learn to develop a variety of skills leading to a high, uncapped earning potential and huge job satisfaction in a determined environment. Upon joining Harbourne Associates you would immediately enter our Sales and Recruitment training program which covers everything that you will need to know in order to be successful. In addition, you will receive on the job coaching from experienced Managers and Directors who have become experts in their respective fields from the ground up. Minimum Requirements

Ideally you should have: A proven background in business to business sales High levels of integrity and strong business ethics A confident and concise telephone manner Proactive and positive approach A true hunger to succeed, maintaining resilience. Proven track record in sales Wish and ability to over-exceed sales targets and KPI’s Responsibilities

The job will include: Researching markets and targeting candidates best suited to our clients’ needs and requirements Developing relationships with clients, multi-tier account management.
