Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for our campings. You will utilise various recruitment strategies and tools to ensure a seamless hiring process while building strong relationships with both candidates. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of human resources practices and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or Open Door. Duties Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offers. Utilise social media management tools to promote job vacancies and enhance employer branding. Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and ATS platforms to ensure compliance and reporting. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and guidance as necessary. Collaborate with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with organisational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is essential. Familiarity with ATS systems such as Taleo, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce is highly desirable. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is an advantage. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
