Due to expansion, KPI Recruiting in Warrington have a new opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join the Commercial Division. Based in our modern, serviced offices in the heart of Warrington, you will be working with the Director and the small team to develop key client relationships, look for new business development opportunities and generate leads. This is a perfect opportunity for someone sales focused and driven to achieve set targets.

No two days look the same in recruitment; you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, generating new ones, attending business meetings and reviews, taking part in networking reviews, interviewing candidates, making outbound sales and service calls, and ensuring that you have a good understanding of your local area and industry insights.

You will need to be a real people person, with a passion for ensuring people achieve their career goals and aspirations. You need to have the ability to work to deadlines and the drive to achieve targets. A strong telephone manner, with the ability to liaise with clients and candidates in a professional manner, good negotiation skills are a must, as well as strong rapport building skills.

As well as dealing with clients and candidates on the telephone, you will meet with them face to face, conducting sales meetings, interviews and making PR visits.
