Recruitment Consultant

to join our rapidly expanding team. Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:

Build and maintain relationships with schools, expanding our client base. Guide school leaders through recruitment processes using a consultative approach. Source, screen, and onboard outstanding teachers and support staff for SEND settings. Write engaging job adverts and manage applications. Ensure all candidates are legally compliant (references, DBS checks, etc.). Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to optimise service delivery.
