Recruitment Consultant - Power + Civil Engineering

Location: Hybrid ( Monday + Friday Home, Tues-Thurs from our Wetherby HQ)

Our Company Recruitment Consultant - Hybrid (2 days home, 3 days office)


The Role:


As a Recruitment Consultant in our Power and Civil Engineering division, you’ll play a crucial role in sourcing, selecting, and placing highly skilled professionals in roles across the sector. This includes positions in areas such as high voltage power systems, grid connection, renewable energy infrastructure, civil works, and project management. Your work will support a variety of projects, from large-scale infrastructure builds to specialized engineering undertakings that drive energy efficiency and modernization. We work with clients across both national grid sub-station, BESS (battery energy storage sites) and non substation sites, typically with qualified EUSR/NPORS qualifications.


We are an ambitious team looking to bring on board an experienced consultant to build and grow into the next step of their recruitment career.


Experience required:

  • Proven track record within the recruitment industry
  • Ideally a civil engineering background, whether within recruitment or on site for main or sub-contractors and looking for a change
  • Basic knowledge of NPORS/EUSR qualifications.
  • Proven background in managing large complex accounts with multiple decision makers.


Next Steps:


We operate a two stage interview process with a relatively informal first stage either virtual or in person depending on availability, followed by an in person second interview with a tour of the office and meet & greet with the team. A decision will be made within 48 hours of the final interview with a provisional start date TBC in January depending on availability.
