We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our fun and energetic team based in Whitstable. This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals to step into key positions within our organization working on busy desks as part of our Construction team. This position will be working on a warm desk that already has a number of secured clients, therefore you will ideally either have some previous experience in recruitment OR a sales/target-driven environment as you start to network our clients to establish yourself as a point of contact within our company for new business enquiries.
On Target Earnings
Year 1 for trainees: 30k / 40k+
Year 1 for experienced consultants: 45K / 50k+ (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission paid monthly.

Applicants should be hardworking, ambitious, and eager to develop and grow within a busy recruitment company and competitive market. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, have an excellent telephone manner, and be competent using Microsoft Office systems. We have an in-house CRM system for which full training will be given.
We offer an in-depth and effective onboarding and training program to guide you in your early stages. Working alongside, and being trained by our experienced consultants and managers, you will have a clear, achievable business plan and strategy to help you get up and running quickly.
Applicants should have a driving license and own a vehicle as you'll often be attending client meetings and site visits across the region. Training will be provided on how to conduct these meetings, and you will shadow a more experienced colleague until confident enough to deliver these meetings or train other newcomers.
