Owen Payne Care has been trading for over 12 months, supporting businesses across the UK with temporary, permanent and contract solutions. The position of Recruitment Consultant will be a full 360 role, which involves a strong focus on developing current clients and generating new business opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys sales, to progress within a busy, varied but rewarding role. What benefits does the role offer? A starting salary of up to £28,000 per annum (OTE £45,000 + per annum) A paid for parking space near the office Permanent role from day 1 Annual leave increasing with service, starting on 33 days (including bank holidays) Paid giving back day for company events 3pm Friday Finishes Established Recruitment Company – Celebrating 25 years this November Hands on training and career progression Monday to Thursday – 8am ‘til 5pm (4.30pm finish on a chosen day) The ideal candidate will – Have a strong background within business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Have at least 2 years’ experience within a 360 recruitment consultant role Possess excellent knowledge of the healthcare industry Hold strong communication skills, both verbal and written
