360 Recruitment Consultant

to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to manage the full recruitment cycle, from developing business relationships to placing top-tier talent in roles that make a difference. Responsibilities: Client Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and business goals. Conduct business development activities to attract new clients, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Negotiate terms of business and recruitment fees. Provide tailored advice to clients about market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies. Candidate Management Source and identify top talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and your own network. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they align with client requirements. Manage the candidate experience, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the hiring process. Support candidates in preparing for interviews and onboarding processes. Full Recruitment Cycle Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both clients and candidates. Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract quality candidates. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, gathering and relaying feedback effectively. Ensure all placements meet compliance and legal requirements (e.g., right-to-work checks). Other Key Tasks Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the recruitment market. What We’re Looking For: Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years in a 360 recruitment role or similar, with proven success in business development and placements. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Resilience, determination, and a results-driven mindset. Knowledge: Familiarity with the recruitment lifecycle and UK employment laws. Sector-specific knowledge (preferred but not essential). Tools:
