to work as part of an internal resourcing team and who is confident in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This would suit someone that has worked in an agency or with a high volume / industrial recruitment background. Who are we, and what do we do at Avara? Recruitment Coordinator

will work alongside the resourcing team to help drive our operational direct recruitment model. Your main responsibility will be to engage with candidates in a timely manner from point of application to initial contact for our high-volume recruitment. Your key responsibilities will include: Conduct initial screening and telephone interviewing and provide feedback/offers to candidates Responsible for updating and distributing resourcing trackers and KPI’s as required Ensuring that all allocated roles are worked on, keeping the Resourcing Manager up to date on the progress Build talent pools for frequent vacancies and to develop an understanding of internal succession and talent development Proactively search for candidates via internal Candidate Tracking System (ATS), external databases and social media tools Ensure all processes are maintained and followed with our ATS, and to keep up to date with all system updates Identifying high calibre candidates for both the active and potential roles Ensure compliance with Avara standards to maintain consistent candidate experience Maintaining a high level of candidate engagement Conduct all initial functional skills test for potential new candidates to ensure at appropriate skill level Ensuring direct recruitment is the primary object utilising all recruitment media and tools, with support from agencies partners on our PSL where this increases the delivery of quality candidates Ensure GDPR compliance by following Avara guidelines at all times What you’ll need to be successful: Previous experience in high volume recruitment or working within an agency Confident communication skills across all levels Strong time management skills and organisation skills Ability to form strong working relationships with external candidates and internal stakeholders Motivation and driven to provide the best recruitment and onboarding experience Intermediate skills in Microsoft packages Word/Excel/PowerPoint Flexible approach to working hours to support a 24/7 working environment The benefits of working for Avara Foods: As a
