Job description: As Colleague Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in hiring for East Midlands Airport. Over 50% of our employees fall into this category, and ensuring the recruitment runs smoothly and in line with business needs is critical to the operation as a whole. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of volume recruitment co-ordination and assessment as well as communications with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders and suppliers where appropriate. Working as an integral part of the People Team operating in a credible and professional manner, meeting and surpassing required service levels. This role will focus on the recruitment of colleague level roles across front line operational areas of the business across the EMA site. Profile description: We are ideally looking for someone with previous recruitment experience, either from an in-house or agency background. If you have experience of "volume" recruitment, this will be an advantage but not a pre-requisite. To be successful in this role you will need: A strong understanding of the recruitment process - including candidate/stakeholder touch points & the use of media and other channels in talent acquisition strategy. The ability to both influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. We offer a hybrid working policy, allowing you to work from home 2 days per week. There will be some evening working requirements, but time is offered in lieu.
