Recruitment Coordinator . This position will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of talent acquisition including scheduling interviews, managing candidate and hiring manager communications, and maintaining RoslinCT’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and respond to enquiries regarding their application status. Assist in creating and posting job adverts on various platforms, including job boards and social media. Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information, interview notes, and hiring progress. Make and negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with internal salary structures and candidate expectations, while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Support the pre-employment screening process, including background checks and reference checks. Partner with HR and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies, and advise on best practices. Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. About you Proven experience in recruitment coordination in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, previous experience will be in an internal recruitment setting, although agency experience will also be considered. Ideally, you will have experience in recruiting within the Life Sciences industry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A proactive, positive, and forward-looking approach is essential. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to influence and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Competent in computer packages including Microsoft Office packages and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and deliver results to deadline.
