Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm We are looking for a full-time Recruitment Coordinator. The successful candidate would be a key team member: interviewing potential new staff and being involved with all aspects of the staff recruitment process. Noteworthy Benefits Offered Include: Parking permit Learning and development opportunities Staff member of the month awards Annual salary reviews Job Progression (if desired) Long service awards Company events A £900 refer a friend bonus Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and replying to general recruitment enquiries Updating job descriptions/company information Communications such as organising/confirming interviews for candidates Application administration and screening calls with candidates to assess suitability for relevant applications New starter information processing and escalating queries where required, conducting right-to-work checks and storing information securely in personnel files Scheduling of interviews across systems and updating management on recruitment data and progress of candidates Minimum Requirements: Good character dynamic, willing to learn, team player, ability to refine and enhance our current processes and workflows Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and being able to manage the Indeed platform Ability to manage large amounts of candidates at any given time, co-ordinating responses from Indeed and social media Ability to work alongside the recruitment team, social media co-ordinator and other professionals involved with the business Demonstrable experience: CV screening, screening candidates, and arranging interviews (desirable) Excellent organisation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: phone skills, interview skills A high level of motivation and initiative Positive, friendly and hardworking individual Nice to Have, but Not Essential: Right to Work eligibility/Criteria Overseas checks and requirements E-visa rules and regulations DBS requirements and rules and regulations thereof Recruitment requirement in regards to the Care Industry and any experience recruiting in an Ofsted Environment Application Process: We invite interested candidates to apply.
