to join the brilliant Recruitment Team with a focus on providing support to the wider business. You will join a growing People team that is making a real impact on the success of

Impact Food Group. What you will be doing Working as part of the Recruitment Team to understand the resourcing needs, you will proactively search for external talent, using both trusted resourcing methods and innovative new ways in collaboration with the Recruitment Team to ensure an excellent candidate journey. Duties are as follows: Responsible for the delivery and management of hourly paid Catering roles and the end-to-end recruitment journey across your region, ensuring the candidate experience is second to none and being the champion of promoting Impact Food Group as an employer of choice to prospective candidates. Advise hiring managers on different approaches to talent attraction and the recruitment process, whilst ensuring all recruitment activity/campaigns have an established ROI and success is measured. Be the first point of contact for recruitment queries over the phone and through email. Advertise opportunities via our ATS system (Talos) and ensure all agreed attraction methods live in line with agreed timescales. Manage advertising response and ensure all candidates are contacted within agreed set time frames at each stage of the recruitment process, whilst maintaining clear communication with those involved at each stage. Proactively source candidates from job boards and social media platforms with searches, networking, and headhunting directly from competitors. What we are looking for: Worked as a coordinator in high volume recruitment (ideally Catering). Passionate about delivering the candidate experience, and how this can add value to our employer brand and our success as a recruitment team. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail throughout the recruitment journey. Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills, whilst being able to manage and prioritise your own workload. Personable and confident, able to build relationships with people at all levels. Resilient and calm under pressure. A natural at taking a proactive approach and using your initiative to solve problems. Competent in using ATS systems and MS Office suite including Excel. Adaptable to meet business needs and objectives.
