Recruitment Coordinator , you'll play a key role in the day-to-day administration of our in-house recruitment function, supporting our busy team with a variety of exciting tasks, including: Managing recruitment administration:

Organising data entry, working with Excel spreadsheets, creating Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations. Job posting:

Uploading vacancies to our internal recruitment system and advertising on major job boards like Reed and Indeed. Team support:

Managing recruitment team email accounts, responding to queries, and providing essential support to hiring managers. Reporting & analysis:

Producing regular recruitment reports and analysing feedback from recruitment surveys to continuously improve our processes. Project & ad hoc tasks:

Supporting recruitment projects, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and assisting with other recruitment activities as needed. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone with a passion for recruitment and a strong desire to grow within HR. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others The ability to thrive in a busy, target-driven environment. Strong IT skills and a good understanding of recruitment tools and processes.
