About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our talent team based in Peterborough. This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, pro-active, organised person who is keen to learn about talent acquisition.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will:
Support with internal and external recruitment marketing literature
Participate in recruitment events where appropriate
Uploading and advertising vacancies to our internal recruitment system
Preparation of administration for assessment centres/interviews
Draft offer letters and contracts on behalf of Talent Partners
Daily reporting to Talent Managers
Updating ATS database
Ensure all legal documents such as employee right to work checks are conducted
Employee pre-employment reference management
Updating onsite communications, such as TV’s, noticeboards and ‘Job of the Week’
Coordination of Assessment centres including printing, distributing assessment packs and CV’s as well as managing internal meeting requests and site tours
Sourcing weekly paid candidates via databases and job boards
Pre-screening weekly paid applications
Setting interview reminders internally and externally
About You
We are looking for someone who has experience with administration, high attention to detail, great organisational skills and a 'can do' attitude.
Skills and Experience
Strong administration skills including high levels of IT literacy
Previous recruitment experience would be desirable
Strong communication skills and comfortable with high volume telephone work
Comfortable operating in a manufacturing environment
