About the Role: Are you passionate about supporting education and making a real difference? We are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Academic Appointments in Leeds. You will play an essential role in supporting our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Team and contribute to the success of our recruitment campaigns for schools across the region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in recruitment, education, and supporting children and young people with SEND. You will be involved in a range of activities, including helping to organise school events and working closely with schools to understand their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Team in recruiting staff for schools, focusing on SEND roles. Assist with the coordination of candidate screenings and placements. Work closely with schools to build strong relationships and understand their recruitment requirements. Help with candidate registration and compliance processes. Contribute to the development and growth of our candidate database.

About You: A keen interest in recruitment or education, ideally with some experience in a similar role. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support others.

What We Offer: A competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000, plus performance-based bonus. 25 days annual holiday, plus bank holidays, increasing with each year of service.
