Job Description Recruitment Coordinator - The Role As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our HR team, managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we attract the best candidates to support our operations. Key responsibilities include: Managing job postings across various platforms and ensuring job descriptions are accurate and engaging. Sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment support. Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Supporting onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. The Successful Applicant About You We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency-based. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Is proficient in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Brings a proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
