Our client, a very exciting, fast-growing organisation based in Bordon, Hampshire, is actively seeking to recruit a brand-new role into their business, Recruitment Coordinator. You will report directly to the People Manager.

Within this brand-new position, it will offer an exciting opportunity to shape their recruitment function and ensure they attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent to support their ambitious growth plans.

About the role As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and HR across the business to understand their needs and deliver a first-class recruitment experience. You'll also play a key role in shaping their employer brand and ensuring they hire the best people for the role.

Key responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the recruitment process for all roles, from writing job descriptions and posting ads to screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements, provide advice, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Talent Strategy:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry. Employer Branding:

Enhance the employer brand through targeted campaigns, social media, and innovative approaches to talent attraction. Candidate Experience:

Deliver an exceptional candidate journey, ensuring every applicant has a positive experience. Onboarding Support:

Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

What our client is looking for:

Proven experience within recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. A proactive, results-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Passion for building high-performing teams and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
