Source and screen top-quality candidates utilising various recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and ATS Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle right from job requisition up to placement Execute comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to generate a suitable match Support senior consultants with crucial business development activities Maintain conclusive records and documentation in the company's CRM system Achieve and surpass delivery KPIs and placement targets set by the firm Collaborate with team members to successfully fill demanding roles Craft compelling job advertisements and headhunt passive candidates Requirements
At least 1 year experience as a Recruitment or Delivery Consultant within a recruitment agency Demonstrated track record of successful placements Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms Strong ability in sourcing and screening potential candidates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proficiency in managing recruitment CRM systems Desirable: Knowledge in Engineering recruitment, Boolean search techniques and recruitment compliance including GDPR Benefits
