They build relationships with our candidates, find new skilled professionals using their network; our database and provided tools and work closely with our Business Winning team. We are looking for a Recruitment Delivery Team Leader to support and lead a team of Delivery Executives (aka resources/recruiters) to be the best they can be. Why work for QCS Staffing?

Liaise with our Delivery Manager to ensure your team is working on the right roles for the business Set weekly/monthly objectives for your team Complete monthly performance reviews Support and advise the individuals in your team to help their career progression Perform daily floor walks to support the team and offer guidance Oversee candidate searches on the database, job boards, and communities of interest Become an internal specialist in the use of the internal training material available Work with the Delivery Manager to map staff career progression Constantly improve delivery processes, focusing on maintaining high standards, best practices, and productivity Show commitment and dedication to the business and their team fostering a positive workplace Coach and support your team through being tenacious and motivational Requirements:
