The company has a 20-year network/database and a phenomenal reputation in the North West. In line with business growth, they are actively hiring for a Director who will be responsible for the entire Finance Division, which currently comprises 18 consultants (with x4 Direct Reports at Manager level). As a 'right hand' to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the P&L as well as upskilling and developing the existing consultants, client engagement, and business development alongside increasing headcount. Experience Required: 5 years successful experience within Financial Recruitment Evidence of leading/developing Finance Recruitment teams Experience of managing a P&L The Head Office is located in a beautifully restored building in Stockton Heath with on-site parking and a coffee shop.
