You are well connected, trusted and respected in the digital and technology recruitment sector. You have a successful track record in billing which comes from your natural ability to maintain and grow strong long-lasting relationships. You have a can-do attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit and want to see the benefits of your success.

You have often considered running your own recruitment business, or simply feel it’s now time to take control of your career and not be reliant on others’ decisions.

Key Criteria

•At Senior Consultant, Business Manager or Director level

•Do not want the hassle of managing, or being managed

•Have solid recruitment experience within the digital and technology sector

•Would like the flexibility of no fixed hours and unlimited holidays

•Is a good person, that’s professional and genuinely cares

•Can work autonomously given mentoring and full operational support

•Likes remote working but also having a central hub open 5 days a week

•In time would like to sell their business rather than leave someone else's

•Wants to be part of a successful global Community
