Collaborate with international hiring teams to understand their global staffing requirements and formulate strategic recruitment plans. Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talent. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and their global teams. Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Proven track record of winning business and lead generation. Experience in

recruitment across any STEM background. Strong understanding of the engineering sector and its talent landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
