Job Overview

As the Recruitment Manager at Cavalry Healthcare, you will lead a team of 10 recruiters, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your role will be to ensure effective job advertising, maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 recruiters, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.

Set team goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement and high achievement.

Champion a positive work culture that aligns with Cavalry Healthcare’s values of trust, respect, understanding, empathy, and expertise.

Candidate Sourcing and Attraction

Develop and oversee job advertisement strategies to attract top healthcare talent.

Ensure job postings are managed across platforms and reflect our commitment to quality care.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and outreach.

Candidate Journey and Experience

Ensure all candidates experience a seamless, respectful, and engaging recruitment process.

Establish best practices for candidate communication, interview processes, and feedback.

Regularly review and refine recruitment processes to enhance the candidate journey, ensuring alignment with Cavalry Healthcare’s commitment to care excellence.

Onboarding

Collaborate with managers and support teams to create a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Implement onboarding checklists and standards to ensure new hires feel welcomed, supported, and prepared.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration

Align recruitment strategies with Cavalry Healthcare’s mission and growth objectives.

Use data and metrics to inform decisions, adapt strategies, and optimise team performance.

Drive recruitment initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion within our workforce.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment management, ideally within healthcare or a related sector.

Strong leadership skills with a record of managing high-performing recruitment teams.

In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate journey management, and onboarding processes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience and aligning with Cavalry Healthcare’s values and mission.
