As the Recruitment Officer, you will: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers to ensure roles are filled efficiently and in a timely manner. Write compelling job ads and manage the flow of candidates throughout the process. Ensure vacancies are posted to the right platforms, manage agency relationships, and ensure the best results from external partners. Use internal systems to track vacancies, monitor recruitment progress, and identify areas for improvement in the process. Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure that the recruitment process meets those needs. Bring innovative ideas to the table and work with leadership to develop and improve recruitment strategies. What We're Looking For: A background in in-house recruitment or agency experience, with a track record of successfully placing candidates and managing the recruitment cycle. Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once and stay on top of recruitment progress. Effective communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the process. Comfort with recruitment software and using technology to track progress and store candidate documentation.
