As part of our growing healthcare division, you'll lead a temporary or perm recruitment desk, playing a vital role in shaping the sector. Key Responsibilities: Desk Development : Establish and grow your own recruitment desk, specialising in temporary healthcare placements. Client Acquisition & Management:

Proactively seek out new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with healthcare organisations, and manage ongoing client needs. Candidate Sourcing & Placement:

Source, screen, and place top-tier healthcare professionals in temporary roles. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through networking, headhunting, and innovative sourcing strategies. Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the healthcare recruitment sector. Compliance & Quality : Ensure all placements comply with healthcare regulations and maintain the highest standards of quality and ethical practices. Sales & Negotiation:

Utilise your sales prowess to negotiate terms of business and placements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and candidates. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to maximise cross-selling opportunities and contribute to overall business growth. Duties within role: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract healthcare professionals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records. Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through networking, referrals, and social media platforms. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices. Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities in the healthcare sector. Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and present findings to management as required. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment, within the healthcare industry. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and methods for sourcing candidates is desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
