IMT Resourcing Ltd in Gloucester are looking for a Recruitment Operations Co-Ordinator to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role promises an enriching experience, allowing you to leverage your recruitment expertise while maintaining a work-life balance. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate databases, and administrative duties across finance and operations whilst engaging with candidates and clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at multitasking. What You'll Be Doing: Managing daily operations to ensure seamless agency workflows. Supporting the recruitment team with administrative and operational tasks. Coordinating schedules, tracking performance data, and generating reports. Handling supplier relationships and maintaining compliance documentation. Identifying process improvements to drive efficiency. Invoice chasing and client communication. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (experience in recruitment is extremely beneficial). Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/database systems. Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
