We are looking for a customer service champion to join the Meridian family and help play their part in one of the UK's leading multi-sector recruitment companies.

The role of the Recruitment Operations Coordinator is to provide effective support to the branch through sourcing and registering suitable candidates in line with client requirements.

This is a full-time sales role to join our thriving Built Environment division team in Teddington, Southwest London.

A successful applicant for the position of Recruitment Operations Coordinator would be enthusiastic, naturally competitive, and hungry to gain financial rewards. They would also need to be resilient and tenacious in character to thrive in this demanding position.

Key Accountabilities:

To act as the first point of call for visitors to the branch and branch telephone enquiries. To work closely with consultants in branch to understand current temporary Built Environment sector vacancies and client requirements. To source, register, and reference check suitable candidates for client assignments. To ensure that there is always an available talent pool of candidates. To ensure that all candidates fully comply with all Meridian and REC compliance procedures; ensuring that all documentation is received and stored in accordance with company guidelines. To ensure the CRM is always kept up to date, ensuring candidate records remain current and all activity is recorded. To ensure all payroll is completed on a weekly basis, in a timely and effective manner in line with company procedure. Ad-hoc administration duties as required by the team including Right to Work and compliance. Adhere to the branch compliance procedures and ensure payroll is processed correctly. Ensure that references are obtained on all candidates to ensure accuracy of work history. To always deliver excellent customer service.

Experience:

Experience of working within a fast-paced, customer-service focused environment. Skills:

IT literate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Ability to develop good working relationships and work well within a team environment.
