Part time role - Fixed term or secondment cover for 6 months The Trust's Resourcing Team is searching for a Project Officer who will help plan interviews, run recruitment events and support candidates through the recruitment process. Whilst experience in recruitment is beneficial, it is not essential. We are looking for someone who can work independently to make arrangements for interviews and events including booking rooms, arranging for colleagues to take part, preparing paperwork and liaising with candidates. The ideal candidate will be able to plan ahead, make arrangements and provide reassurance to candidates. This 6-month fixed-term role will help the recruitment team to expand and develop. It will suit someone who can manage multiple work streams and work independently. Occasional work off site and out of hours to meet new arrivals may be required. If you are considering a secondment, please ensure you have your manager's permission before you apply. Main duties of the job
